D24 Sports Speed, Agility and Explosiveness Training is a program guaranteed to take athletes to the next level and give them the competitive edge over their competition. We train athletes age ranging from 9yrs old to adults competing in all sports. The focus of the program is to enhance speed, footwork, and explosive jumping ability while using resistance bands, speed and agility ladders, and plyometric boxes.
Training For an Awakening is without a doubt the most powerful concept that I came up with for fitness training.
It is an INTENSE cardio, kettlebells, battling rope strength and conditioning training PROVEN to enhance self empowerment, confidence, definition, weight loss and muscle gain.
Private Training, in my opinion, is the best option for a client that doesn't feel comfortable training in a group/class setting, getting ready for a competition, or just want a personal trainer. Some may say that's being self-centered but i disagree.
Clients choose private training for various reasons depending on their personal goals.
